Alclin is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility specializing in the production of NAD supplements located in the picturesque town of Stilbaai on the West Coast of South Africa.
Our Mission
Our mission is to become the market leader and number one global manufacturer of NAD vials and supplements and to manufacture the most competitive NAD products available. We aim to enhance longevity while also raising awareness about the incredible range of its applications.
Heritage
We are celebrating 50 years of NAD production in South Africa. Alclin was incorporated in 1995, but our history goes back to 1974 when our predecessor first trademarked the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide molecule under its other name, DPN (diphosphopyridine nucleotide).

with 75 solar panels supplying 40500 watts of electricity, our dedication to using only Green Energy and a lower Carbon footprint is close to completion.
Legacy of ALCLIN
Christo Coetzee is the founder and CEO of Alclin Pharmaceuticals, a driven and passionate health advocate. In 1982, he started his career at Covan Pharmaceuticals (PTY) Ltd as a laboratory technician and was consistently promoted until becoming CEO by 1990. Acting as CEO, Covan Pharmaceuticals was sold to Adcock Ingram (formerly Zurich Pharma) in 1994. Mr. Coetzee maintained ownership of the NAD IV product that was being manufactured then and started Alclin (PTY) Ltd to continue production on the NAD vials and invest more time and resources into the research and development of NAD products. The NAD+ was trademarked in 1974 as DPN (Diphosphopyradine Nucleotide) by Christo’s father Ernst Pieter Coetzee.
